Longiture + Latitude to X Y Coordinates

I take in the GPS coordinates from the previous test and try to convert them to X Y coordinates by use of percentage from 0 to 100 on both X and Y using 480 as the width and 720 as the height. Sample tests appear accurate but field testing requires more work as they are completely inaccurate.
